Training involves stationary cycling or treadmill walking in equipment with varying air pressure. The method is intended for adults and adapted to an individual programme, with nutritional recommendations also provided. Austrian sports physiologist Norbert Egger developed it, and the first device was introduced in 1998.
Training is arranged in programmes rather than individual sessions. A trial including a device introduction can be booked on the website. Deferred payment and instalment options are offered, and sports-benefit vouchers and cards are accepted.
