Designed by Eliel Saarinen, this association hall was completed in 1910 using volunteer labour and donated materials. Protected by the Finnish Heritage Agency, it is managed by Mellersta Kyrkslätts ungdoms- och bygdeförening r.f., founded in 1906.
Associations and private individuals can rent the rooms on weekday evenings, with daytime use available on request. Weekend events include weddings and concerts. The roof was renovated in 2014.
