Open to businesses in all sectors, the centre rents adaptable offices, warehouses and production space. Offices range from about 11.5 to 900 m², with over 10,000 m² of space overall. More than 100 businesses and 400 employees are based here.
Workstations and offices can also be rented by the hour, day or week. Tenants have access to seven meeting rooms and a gym. Bistro Jorvas serves lunch on site, and lobby services can receive larger visitor groups. Some premises allow pets. The entrance, car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
