The oldest part of this workers' hall dates from the late 1800s and originally housed a shop. The main hall and stage were completed in 1917, followed by a meeting room in 1956. Theatre activity here grew into the town's theatre, and the first dances were held in 1920. During the war, the building served as a prisoner-of-war hospital.
Spaces are used for celebrations, dances, concerts, courses and meetings. The older part contains a kitchen, coffee room, billiard room and cloakroom. Book by phone or by contacting the hall. The toilet is wheelchair accessible, but the entrance is not.
