The club teaches Sin Moo Hapkido, a Korean self-defence system covering strikes, kicks, blocks, grip escapes and weapon techniques. Training emphasises whole-body control rather than strength. Chief instructor Erik Högland holds a fourth-dan black belt.
Groups cater for children aged 7–12, teenagers aged 13 and over, adults and seniors. Children's training focuses on coordination, self-discipline and respect, while seniors follow a calmer version of adult practice. The beginner course lasts around three months and ends with a yellow belt assessment.
