It provides round-the-clock supported housing for 19 residents and community living for five. Each resident has a private room that can be furnished with their own furniture, and every apartment has an accessible toilet and bathroom. The staff are trained in healthcare, and the unit stands in Måsala, near parks and the Köykäri ski centre.
The same site has five 25 m² support apartments, each with its own entrance, kitchenette and accessible bathroom, for residents training for independent living. Meals, cleaning and laundry are provided, along with a varied programme of hobbies and activities. Service vouchers (palveluseteli) can be used to pay for the service. The unit belongs to Esperi, founded in 2001, which holds an ISO 9001:2015 certificate. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
