Ekami's youth workshops cover media and digital services, arts and crafts, woodwork, renovation, painting and a lunch café. Outreach youth work provides confidential individual guidance. Kuunari supports immigrant young people aged 18–28, Steppi serves unemployed job seekers under 29, and Navi helps compulsory-school-age young people whose studies have stopped.
Work coaching and business cooperation serve young people and adults, alongside rehabilitative work activities. Products and services are sold to individuals, companies, associations and public bodies. Applications go through the employment office or a multidisciplinary employment service, then an online form. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
