The trade union represents workers in municipalities, wellbeing services counties, central government, private companies, NGOs and parishes. Services include employment advice, legal services and legal aid for workplace problems. Shop stewards represent members at work.
Members join through an online form and a local or regional association. Training covers professional development and workplace wellbeing. The office is in Hansa shopping centre, and online services are available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
