The regional scout district supports local troops and organises scouting skills competitions in Kymenlaakso. Advent calendar sales fund scouting activities. The district belongs to the Finnish Scouts.
A website search helps people find their nearest troop. Weekly activity leaders can use the Osaajapankki support service. Members attend annual meetings and elect the district board. The office entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
