The non-profit association promotes employment, livelihoods, wellbeing and conditions for entrepreneurship. It runs Vesitornin kirppis, a second-hand shop accepting donated clothes, shoes and sports equipment.
Sellers can book a space or leave goods for commission sale. The on-site Hörppis café serves coffee, biscuits and ice cream. The association's office is at a learning centre.
