The practice offers nerve-tract massage, known as hermoratahieronta, and Ayurvedic head and face massage. The practitioner qualified as a master of nerve-tract massage in 2003 after studying under the method's developer, Annikki Kankkunen.
A nerve-tract session takes about one hour and 45 minutes; head and face massage takes about an hour. Oil is used, and flexible clothing can be worn.
