The restaurant belongs to a group of Italian restaurants whose other outlets are Pasteria, Sfizieria and Pranzeria. It serves Neapolitan-style pizza and Italian-style food in a traditionally decorated dining room. The group's founder, Paco, grew up partly in Naples, and the first Sorrento restaurant opened in 2013. There is a lunch buffet and à la carte dining, and gift cards are available.
The group runs pizza and pasta master classes as well as wine classes and tastings of Italian wines. The pizza class needs a group of at least 10. Tables can be booked, and companies can order meeting and dining packages. The toilet is wheelchair accessible, but the car park is not.
