The multi-storey car park has 358 spaces. Eight accessible bays are closest to the ice hall's B entrance. Six Type 2 electric vehicle charging points are operated through the eParking app.
Parking starts automatically using number plate recognition, without paper tickets. Payment is by card or the Moovy app, which also offers monthly contracts. Short-stay drivers use the street-level entrance; contract parkers enter at the lowest level. Traffic guidance is provided during KalPa games. Customer service handles accessible parking permit matters. The entrance is accessible, and vehicles removed from traffic use may not be parked here.
