The underground garage beneath the market square has 1,280 car spaces over several levels, 20 accessible spaces near stairwells and 13 motorcycle spaces. Recharge provides charging for 12 cars on level K2. This entry refers to an exit ramp; separate ramps are used for entry.
After payment, the barrier recognises the car's registration number. Moovy users are charged to their card without visiting a payment machine. At night, pedestrian access from the square uses a parking ticket or Moovy PIN at the lift door. Monthly agreements are handled in the app; other longer-term passes come from the information desk. Vehicles removed from road traffic may not park here. The entrance is accessible.
