This non-profit association promotes rural, agricultural and forestry careers among young people. Its aim is to increase the supply of new entrepreneurs and skilled professionals in agriculture and forestry.
It arranges work-experience (TET) and summer job placements in rural work for young people and employers, and offers videos and information about the professions and what can be studied in the field. Introductory visits are organised for schools and interested people, and employers get information on recruiting and starting employment, including seasonal work. The association accepts donations and invites new members.
