Operating since 1994, the fitness centre has about 1,300 m² of training space, over 100 stations, a smart gym and functional training area. Classes range from light to high intensity, and it runs beginner courses as an official HYROX Training Club. Children's exercise and small-group coaching are also offered.
Personal training starts with a consultation. Physiotherapy accepts service vouchers and Kela rehabilitation, with shockwave therapy available. Access uses a tag every day, and day passes or longer memberships can be purchased online without a binding commitment. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
