The rural development association provides funding, advice and activities for businesses, communities and young people in Koillismaa. Business support focuses on start-ups and one- or two-person enterprises. Community support covers non-profit projects and investments benefiting multiple residents.
Youth funding is available to 13–25-year-olds for their own projects and business trials. Applications are submitted through Hyrrä, with paper forms also accepted at the office. The association runs development projects and supports international cooperation.
