Owned by forest owners, the association belongs to Finland's regional forest management network. Services include competitive bidding for timber sales, regeneration, sapling care, fertilisation, forest roads, management plans and valuations. Local foresters know the area's forests and timber markets.
Advice covers forest tax reporting, succession, environmental support, certification and peatland forest management. Membership includes benefits and the OmaMetsä digital forest service.
