The museum shows more than 100 motorcycles along with related historical props. The collection includes restored rare machines, Finnish racing and hobby bikes, and everyday mopeds. Exhibitions change every year by theme, with new ones opening in May and running to the end of February. It opened on 28 May 2011 beside Lake Vesijärvi in a converted wooden drying building, restored using cleaned brick salvaged from a former brewery site. It was founded by Riku Routo, who began collecting motorcycles in the 1960s.
Ace Cafe operates inside the museum, serving burgers, salads and fresh doughnuts, and it hosts regular events such as cruisings, parties and food and wine festivals. Guided tours can be booked in advance, and the Museum Card is accepted. The museum accepts loans and donations of motorcycles, photos and memorabilia. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
