The contractor handles facade and interior joint sealing, fire stopping and acoustic barriers. It also repairs facades and balconies and provides facade washing, growth prevention and graffiti protection. Clients include housing companies and building contractors.
Sealing, fire-stop and acoustic-barrier work can be ordered under one contract. ETA-approved, CE-marked products are used, with documentation supplied at handover. Joint condition surveys are also available, and the company works on projects across Finland.
