The construction and renovation business began as a sole trader in 2002 and became a limited company in 2006. Founder Harri Tupasela has worked in the field since 1988. Projects include houses, saunas, cottages, garages, halls and storage buildings from design to completion.
Options include turnkey work, house kits or foundations-only and roof-only contracts. Renovations cover roofs, façades, windows and doors. Hourly, partial and full contracts serve housing companies, businesses, municipalities, farms and private clients. Renovation labour may qualify for the household tax deduction.
