The university of applied sciences student union supports campus and online students. Its service point offers sewing machine use, sports equipment loans and overalls badges. A joint tutoring programme with the university provides peer, exchange and degree tutors for new students. Tutor applications open twice a year for commitments of at least two study terms.
The service point advises on use of the campus courtyard grill and hot tub. Cafe Lamkooma on the first floor of the Event Arena sells coffee, paninis and soft drinks. The entrance is accessible, and the website includes English content.
