Founded in 2000, the association offers peer support, recreation and autism information for autistic people, relatives and professionals. It belongs to the Autism Association of Finland, with Autismi magazine included in membership.
An English-language online peer group for autistic adults is led by a trained peer volunteer. Activities include a Japan club and outings such as arcade and theatre visits. Members can join a private Facebook discussion group.
