Founded in 2017, the non-profit association offers crisis and trauma support based on Christian values. Its activities include confidential individual pastoral counselling, peer support groups open to everyone and expert lectures on mental health and psychological wellbeing.
Peer groups can be attended anonymously without registering. A two-year part-time pastoral therapy course comprises 70 credits and supervised practice. Events take place at the association's premises and with partner organisations, while supporting members provide much of its funding.
