Individual lessons teach the Alexander Technique, exploring the connection between body and mind. The teacher completed a three-year professional training programme. Sessions involve light hands-on guidance rather than massage or manipulation.
No previous experience or special skills are needed, and lessons suit different ages and fitness levels. Practice starts with sitting, standing, walking and an active rest position. Ordinary clothes are suitable, with long trousers recommended for lying on the back during active rest. Lessons are offered in South Karelia.
