The shared service point brings together Kela, the Tax Administration, the National Enforcement Authority, the Legal Services Authority, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, and the National Land Survey. South Karelia employment services and International House South Karelia are also represented.
Most services require an appointment, while some accept walk-ins. Access is via a ramp, with a lift from level K to the first floor. Two accessible parking spaces are outside, and an accessible toilet is on level −1. The waiting area has seats and a numbered queue system.
