The gym in the Tennari building offers round-the-clock access. The upper hall has weight-stack machines and a smaller space for circuit or quieter training, while the lower hall has a throwing wall and jump-training area.
Single visits, season cards and unlimited passes are purchased online. Entry uses a QR code or a door code sent to a phone, with key cards available for people without a smartphone. Sports clubs can rent space and arrange physical training or personal coaching. Parents can train while children attend nearby activities.
