This family business was founded in 2011, and its owners, Tarja and Harri Kinni, each have about 40 years of restaurant experience. Their shared career began in 1980 at restaurant Dipoli, with Harri in the kitchen and Tarja in the dining room. They ran a well-known restaurant in the town centre for almost a decade before the business took its current name in 2020. The food is home-style Finnish cooking.
On weekdays, roughly 10:00 to 13:30, there is a lunch buffet with three hot main courses (one vegetarian), a daily soup, a salad table, coffee or tea and dessert. The weekly menu includes pasta, pizza, stews, casseroles and vegetarian options, with lactose-free and gluten-free dishes marked. Lunch can also be had as soup only, and there is a special rate for pensioners. The toilet is wheelchair accessible.
