Jenni Daavitsainen and Paula Martikainen founded the bakery in 2020. Handmade Karelian pasties use Finnish rye, whole milk and butter and carry Traditional Speciality Guaranteed and Food from Finland labels. Potato and barley pies are also made, along with rye bread using a family sourdough starter dating from the 1800s.
Products are sold in the bakery shop and café. Cakes, savoury sandwich cakes and small pastries can be ordered. Lactose-free, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available, but the kitchen is not dedicated gluten-free. Cakes can be collected or delivered. The entrance, parking and seating are accessible.
