The in-house bakery makes pastries, cakes, breads and savoury treats. A soup lunch is served on weekdays, and on Saturdays there is a salad buffet with the bakery's own bread. There are speciality coffees and teas as well as home-made gelato. Seating is for 93 indoors and 20 on the summer terrace. Raimo and Helena Liedes founded the family business in 1997, and it is now run by the third generation. Owner Raimo Liedes is a Finnish champion baker, and the company won a local business award in 2022 and the shopping centre's Akselin tähti award in 2024.
The café is inside the Akseli shopping centre. Orders for events and celebrations are made by phone: next-day orders and cancellations are handled by calling, with cancellations 24 hours in advance. Gluten-free products were developed in the bakery's 2019–2023 investment project. The company has seven outlets: five in its home town, one in Kouvola and one in Kuopio. Seating, parking, the entrance and the toilet are all wheelchair accessible.
