This regional sports and exercise association covers the whole of South Savo, developing and delivering versatile exercise activities. Companies are offered workplace wellbeing services and tailored staff exercise. Body composition is measured with an InBody 770 device, at the office or on client premises for groups. Fitness tests cover strength, muscle balance and endurance, and the muscle fitness tests use the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health test battery, run with Active Life Lab.
The association runs group exercise classes and organises public events and seminars such as sustainability clinics. Luonteri Pyöräily is a cycling event with routes of 91.6 km and 45 km.
