The regional volunteer centre of the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare supports children, young people, families and local associations. Activities include volunteering, family peer groups and parenting training.
The centre is based in HUB Otonkulma. The organisation provides helplines for children, young people and parents. The district also runs victim support and mediation services for criminal and civil disputes in Eastern Finland.
