This public beach in Naantali lies beside the Convent Church in the Old Town. It has a pier, two changing shelters, two showers, benches, a grill shelter and a kiosk, plus indoor changing rooms, toilets and showers. The water quality is rated excellent, and lifeguards are on duty during the swimming season.
It is also a winter swimming spot, though there is no sauna. The indoor showers are open only in the winter season, and in winter the changing shelter is opened with a personal code from the city hall service point. Only charcoal or briquettes may be used in the grill, not wood, and the kiosk may close in bad weather. A visit usually lasts 20 minutes to an hour and a half.
