This artisan bakery bakes its bread on a sourdough starter, white bread included. The everyday loaves are rustic, with a crisp crust and a slightly moist crumb, and they are made by hand from flour in the shop's own bakery. Coffee pastries include cinnamon buns, doughnuts, pulla and vienna pastries.
The bakery belongs to a chain with bakeries in many Finnish towns. Cakes and confectionery are created by head confectioner Eero Paulamäki, and custom layer cakes and pastries can be pre-ordered through the chain's online cake shop.
