Operating since 2013, this association is a private social services provider. Its youth workshop combines individual coaching and learning by doing for ages 18–28. Avoin Ovi offers low-threshold activities for working-age adults aged 18 and over.
Activities include peer support, everyday and workplace skills, digital practice, media projects, crafts and creative work. Participants receive help to develop their own education or career path. Referrals can come from participants themselves, relatives, wellbeing services staff, employment services or educational institutions.
