The pharmacy opened in 2024 as the 18th pharmacy in the city and is run by pharmacist Lauri Pudas. It is on the ground floor of the K-Supermarket Joutsensilta building. Influenza vaccination (Vaxigrip) is available without an appointment or prescription. The premises also house a cosmetic treatment salon offering foot, facial and hand treatments and permanent hair colouring, and a treatment room is in use. The owners ask customers which services they would like.
The entrance is step-free, an accessible toilet is nearby and accessible parking spaces are at the door. Parking is also available in the yard, and the building can be reached by public transport or car. Upstairs in the same building are a photo studio and a barber-hairdresser.
