Built in 1828, the wooden Kolmen fröökynän talo was moved to Pikisaari for use as an event venue. The Empire-style upper hall seats about 40, with a kitchen and two side rooms. Downstairs are a sauna for about 15, a fireplace lounge and showers. An architecture students' guild founded in 1959 runs it.
Hire is available for sauna evenings, parties, weddings and meetings. Tableware serves about 40. Hall speakers have Bluetooth and audio connections; a screen is available on request, but no projector. Entry and parking are not accessible, and the toilet layout makes the building unsuitable for wheelchair access.
