Three beach volleyball courts occupy about 900 square metres of sand for year-round play. The sports and event centre also has two meeting rooms of different sizes, a large unisex sauna and a restaurant with a 150-square-metre indoor terrace. Total capacity is up to 450 people.
The venue hosts corporate events, private parties, children's birthdays and sports events, with catering and programme services available. Activities include open play and coaching, and organisers can run their own events. Parking is allowed in front of the fence without a parking disc. The entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
