The historic villa can be hired year-round for weddings, memorial gatherings, birthdays and meetings. The ground-floor hall seats 60 for dining and has a sound system and piano. Upstairs are a ten-person meeting and dining room, fireplace lounge and sauna overlooking the river.
Guests may bring their own food and drinks or choose a caterer. The kitchen has two coffee makers, kettle, microwave, cooker with oven and two large fridges. A projector and screen are available. Tableware and linens can be hired, and bedrooms may be added to a whole-house booking.
