Rental apartments are offered to under-30s, mainly those in work, and through age-unrestricted rentals for other applicants. Housing advice covers applications, rent arrears planning, tenancy and moving support. Young adults can also access supported housing, housing coaching and professional support person services.
Applications are submitted online. A counsellor usually makes an orientation visit of about an hour in the first months of tenancy. Supported housing meetings are agreed individually, while housing coaching lasts a few months. Property maintenance has a round-the-clock on-call service.
