This rental housing group manages over 8,400 rental apartments. In its current form it has served as the city's rental housing provider for about 30 years, with roots more than 50 years back. Following municipal mergers it also has apartments in Haukipudas, Yli-Ii, Ylikiiminki and Oulunsalo.
Pets are allowed in its rental homes. Residents have an electronic customer service portal and are involved in decision-making. The company organises resident events and sends subscribers a monthly newsletter. New construction and renovation projects are under way, including a planned renovation of a property on Maahisentie. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
