This branch belongs to the Talliosake chain, which rents and sells multi-purpose storage, garage, workshop and hobby units to companies and hobbyists. The chain has over 120 locations in Finland and Sweden, and about 6,500 units have been built. The units suit storage, hobbies, vehicle and equipment maintenance, logistics and small business premises.
Standard equipment includes internet, mechanical exhaust ventilation, an electric overhead door with a separate pedestrian door, a water point, drainage, electric heating, an epoxy-coated floor, LED lighting and camera surveillance. The yard is insulated and paved, and a ready property management and maintenance agreement is included. Many units also have an air-to-air heat pump. Rental units can often be available quickly, sometimes the same day, and free units are found with a map search. A unit can also be bought as an investment property, with financing available through OP bank.
