Operating since 1982, the Montessori daycare offers full-day care and pre-primary education for children aged two to six. In a mixed-age group of around 28, older children help younger ones. Staff include four Montessori-trained educators and a daycare assistant.
Daily life includes Montessori work periods, outdoor play, meals, rest and music. Physical activity is integrated into learning, and parents are encouraged to participate. One early childhood teacher is the pedagogical leader. Trainees and students in the field are accepted when possible.
