The shop specialises in food and accessories for dogs, cats, small animals, birds, fish and terrarium animals. The aquarium department carries 200 to 300 fish species, with rarer ones on order, and has a large saltwater selection. Terrariums come as glass and furniture models from brands such as Exoterra and Lucky Reptile. Reptiles, amphibians, spiders and insects are also sold. Dog and cat food covers dry, wet and frozen, and Acana, Orijen and N&D are available on order only.
The business is run by owner Kirsi and co-owner Jari Viuhkola, with over 25 years of experience. A dog school and grooming and canine massage services work from the same premises. Service is available in English, and the entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
