The pet-supply shop is part of a Finnish chain founded in 1988 with over 100 stores. The chain offers food and supplies for dogs, cats, small animals, birds and aquarium fish, including its own and other manufacturers' brands. Products are selected by staff who own pets.
The chain's online shop serves all of Finland, and Kaveri is its loyalty programme. Staff provide specialist advice. The shop is located with a supermarket and has an accessible entrance and parking area.
