The pet shop belongs to a Finnish chain founded in 1988. Chain products cover dogs, cats, small animals, birds and aquarium fish, with own-label and other brands. Food and supplies are selected by staff who are themselves pet owners.
The chain has an online shop, the Kaveri loyalty programme, pet wellbeing services and staff advice. This outlet is in K-Supermarket Välivainio. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
