This shopping centre in the city centre consists of two blocks joined by Kesäkatu (Summer Street), a covered pedestrian street. It is about 70 metres long, heated and open around the clock. Roughly 50 shops and restaurants sit under one roof, and the centre is pet-friendly. Food and drink cannot be prepared or heated on Kesäkatu, so catering must be ordered from the centre's restaurants.
Event guidelines rule out religious proselytising and allow only one political event before elections. Accessible seating, parking, the entrance and toilet are available, and wheelchairs can be hired.
