This shopping centre in the city centre is made up of two blocks joined by a covered pedestrian street called Kesäkatu (Summer Street). The street is about 70 metres long, heated and open around the clock. Roughly 50 shops and restaurants sit under one roof.
Food and drink cannot be prepared or heated on Kesäkatu, so catering must be ordered from the centre's restaurants. Events have their own guidelines: no religious proselytising, and political events are limited to one occasion before elections. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
