The pizzeria belongs to the Kipparin Pizza chain, which also has an outlet in Kempele. The chain began in summer 2021 with the Torin Kippari stall at the market square; the first brick-and-mortar pizzeria opened in autumn 2022, and this branch in autumn 2024. Restaurateur Mikko Tapio has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant trade. The menu is built on carefully selected ingredients and a sourdough-based crust. Smoking is Tapio's speciality, and smoked meats appear both on the pizzas and in the catering menus.
Catering is also available. Service is described as friendly, and pets are welcome alongside people. The seating, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
