The building company belongs to Pohjola Rakennus, a Finnish family-owned construction group with over 35 years of experience. The group builds residential apartment buildings and parking facilities in several cities, and its subsidiaries cover commercial premises, senior housing and property development. About 800 homes are built per year.
The office is shared with Jyväskylä and Kuopio and handles home sales for the area. The group's subsidiary Eloisa-asunnot builds homes for residents aged 55 and over, designed to be adapted over time.
